NEEDS Nepal

NEEDS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political and non-religious one of the leading civil society organization established in 1999. NEEDS Nepal is an active in Sudurpaschim Province and Province 5. The major three priorities working thematic areas are 1- Safe Migration & Anti-Human Trafficking, 2- Climate & Disaster Risk Management, 3 – Economic Development & Food Security. Since establishment, the NEEDS Nepal had implemented several programs/projects related to safe migration and anti-human trafficking, climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction/management under normal development portfolio and emergency response during a disaster including water induced disaster under humanitarian assistance mandate. NEEDS Nepal has specially working for rights of seasonal and undocumented migrants and their families in source and transit (Indo-Nepal) prioritizing the Nepalese-India migration most. It is a member organization of National Network for Safe Migration (NNSM) Nepal. It respects the social diversity, GESI and social inclusion considering the equity and access.
